Restricted Training Films

The restricted training area can be set to control access to confidential or sensitive information that you may not want in the public domain. To access this content, users must be registered and log on through the password protected gateway. You can restrict access to:

• Authorised users only
• Pre-registered and vetted users
• Invited users (via a private link)
• Users who register before use

Restricted training films can be used for exclusive company, process or product specific videos. This includes content containing ‘trade secrets’, proprietary techniques and technology or confidential new product information.

This section can also be used to limit access to costly training programmes that you want to keep unique to your own personnel in order to protect your investment and competitive advantage.

The effectiveness of each training film is assessed by a questionnaire which follows the film. The allows you to ensure that the viewer has fully understood the training and acquired the knowledge required. Upon completion of the questionnaire, successful users will be able to download a pdf certificate.
